mozzis?

the name originates from a small pub in the town in cambria. that's northern california country. the weather is incredible and the atmosphere is laid back. evening slows to a crawl around 9pm...or earlier...with one or two places open, but usually only one is open late.

enter mozzis. no, that's not what the place looked like when we were there. remove about. everyone. add 5 other guys. ding.

mozzis is a local joint. think bargain priced booze, friendly staff, pool tables, stale smoke, and oh yes, locals. everyone's been to a mozzis. and what mozzis would be complete without some type of amusement. intro the mozzi coin. this shiney gold bauble can be yours after demonstrating your ability to bounce a quarter into a container. in theory the coin is good for a free well drink. but since the coin is stamped with the mozzi logo on one side and some gibberish on the other it could also be a chance tool. and so by the end of the night it was retained to remind oneself of choices. between right and wrong. good and evil. yes and no.

so when deciding the name of a blog about once in a lifetime adventures on two wheels into unknown areas of the world... mozzis just. worked.

and in case anyone wants their own mozzi coin. http://www.mozzissaloon.com. live it.
