folks, we're breaking new ground here. its 8am and we're actually awake. what's better. its NOT raining. this is almost like a completely different mike & rob motorcycle experience.
gonna get an early start on the day seeing as daylight ends around 4-5pm... we want to get as much riding done as we can today since this is a relatively short trip. its monday so it should be interesting with traffic... but i can't imagine it will be too bad. looking forward to hitting the golden gate on the bike... then riding north up into point reyes.
not sure if a blog entry will happen this evening since we may camp. but who knows... stranger things have happened. we could hit a coffee shop... but, whatever happens, we're sure it'll be the most exciting thing possible for two dudes on a bike.
