dumpster

today we're headed up the dempster (also know as the dumpster). its a solid gravel road that streches for almost 400 miles. needless to say, i'm super excited. especially since its been raining. right now its not, but it certainly looks like its going to piss on us when we're on the road. so. we'll see if we make it! we'll try and avoid the trucks, wildlife and general danger that haunts the road that shall not be named... if you don't hear from us later tonight and we've arrived at eagle plains (halfway between dawson city and inuvik) then we're okay and there is no internet. we'll be moving slow since its all gravel... so don't worry mom & dad.
